Newlands is pleased to make available woodland adjacent to the cottages, of 24 pitches for the siting of static caravan Holiday Homes. Static Holiday Homes can be purchased through the owners of Newlands Nigel and Clarissa. Placement of second hand vans at owners discretion which will incorporate an additional one off fee.

Our annual rental fee is £1390 and delivery and siting fee is £1800.

Owner’s of Holiday Homes at Newlands have access to the site 365 days a year, as well as the 12 1/2 acres of woodland that surround it complete with lake.

Please note, the Newlands Holiday Homes site is for holiday homes ONLY, permanent residence is not permitted.
