These super cottages are a result of a conversion of a 19th century agricultural barn. The cottages are set around a pretty courtyard with covered barbecue area complete with patio heaters. Newlands Holiday Cottages are available for overnight visits, mid-week or weekend breaks, holidays, and short-term letting and are furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Prices range from £45 per individual overnight stay OR £85 per cottage overnight (breakfast pack included). Per week from £240 per cottage. Cottage Facilities: Serviced with electric coal effect fires, thermostatic controlled central heating, ample private parking , CCTV , 21” teletext TV, video, CD player, DVD player, Digital Freeview, electric hob & oven, microwave, fridge with freezer box, fully equipped kitchen. shaving points & electric shower, patio doors opening onto courtyard. Shared Facilities: Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (coin operated), iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials, freezer unit for long-term freezer storage, courtyard with seating area, Wireless Broadband, gas BBQ, public payphone, 4 acre grounds shared with other holiday cottages and private caravans, large 70 metre lake - young children must be supervised. Other: One pet welcome, please note pets must be supervised at all times & not left unattended’.Non smokers only. Welcome pack on arrival. Additional bedding/pillows etc available upon request. Additional charges: Fishing from the private lake (no access to the general public) - £5 per day / £25 per week permit.
All Cottages aspire to 4 star standards. Achieveing 'good spatial aspects in the bedrooms' and advertisement of sofa beds has resulted in 3 star awarded in some.
