These super cottages are a result of a conversion of a 19th century agricultural barn. The cottages are set around a pretty courtyard with covered barbecue area complete with patio heaters.

Newlands Holiday Cottages are available for overnight visits, mid-week or weekend breaks, holidays, and short-term letting and are furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (coin operated), iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials, freezer unit for long-term freezer storage, courtyard with seating area, Wireless Broadband, gas BBQ, public payphone, 4 acre grounds shared with other holiday cottages and private caravans, large 70 metre lake - young children must be supervised.

Fishing from the private lake (no access to the general public) - £5 per day / £25 per week permit.
